1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or subscribing to any PSFINTECH service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclosures. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. What we provide
PSFINTECH publishes research in the form of systematic, rules-based model portfolios and periodic rebalance calls, under our SEBI Research Analyst registration. This is research, not personalized investment advice, and does not take into account your individual financial situation. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and, where appropriate, should consult an independent adviser.
3. No guaranteed returns
We do not guarantee, promise, or assure any specific return, profit, or outcome from following our research. Past performance of any model portfolio is not indicative of future results. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risk.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, whether via email/password or via Google Sign-In.
5. Fees, subscriptions & refunds
Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and payment processing (via Razorpay) will be published on our Pricing page once subscriptions open. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.
6. Educational content & the algo trading terminal
Recorded lecture content and codebases sold as educational material are licensed for your personal use and are not investment advice. Our algorithmic trading terminal is sold separately as standalone software under its own terms, distinct from our research subscriptions — see Disclosures §6.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSFINTECH is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our research or services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using our services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our systems (including automated abuse of forms), or as required by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be dated and versioned; continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
