Business activities of a Research Analyst
A SEBI Registered Research Analyst prepares and publishes research reports and recommendations on securities, based on defined methodologies, for the benefit of investors — without managing investor funds or securities directly.
Services we provide
- Systematic, rules-based momentum model portfolios, published with methodology, rebalance history, and risk disclosures.
- Periodic rebalance calls and research reports for subscribers.
- AI/ML-assisted pattern research, clearly labelled where published (see Disclosures §5).
Your rights as an investor
- To receive research based on a clearly disclosed methodology, not an unexplained "black box."
- To know our fee structure and terms before you subscribe, and to give informed consent (see Terms of Service).
- To be told plainly that returns are not guaranteed and that past performance doesn't predict future results.
- To raise a grievance and receive a response within the timelines below.
- To escalate unresolved grievances to SEBI SCORES or the SMART ODR portal.
What we expect from investors
- Read our disclosures, terms, and risk warnings before subscribing or acting on any research.
- Verify our SEBI registration independently if you wish (SEBI's intermediary search).
- Use official channels only — our published email/support contacts, not unofficial or third-party channels claiming to represent us.
- Exercise your own judgment; our research is not personalized advice.
Dos and don'ts
Do
- Deal only through our verified website and registered contact details.
- Read the risk disclosures before subscribing.
- Report suspected impersonation or fraud to us immediately.
Don't
- Trust any offer of "guaranteed returns" — we never make one.
- Share your account password or OTPs with anyone, including support staff.
- Act on research claiming to be ours from unofficial channels.
