Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Waitlist & account details: name, email address, and mobile number you provide when joining the waitlist or registering.
• Google account details: if you use "Continue with Google," we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — nothing else.
• Usage data: IP address and browser user-agent, recorded against waitlist submissions for spam/abuse prevention.
• Payment data: once subscriptions open, payments are processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver research and rebalance alerts you've subscribed to, respond to support requests, notify waitlist members when access opens, and meet our record-keeping obligations as a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (including keeping a record of the terms you consented to and when).

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the platform — currently Google (for sign-in), and, once live, Razorpay (for payments) and our transactional email provider — and where required by law or regulator (including SEBI).

4. Cookies & sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable record-keeping regulations afterward. Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to delete them or until early access has fully rolled out.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us (see Grievance Redressal). We'll respond within the timelines set out there.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform grows (for example, when subscription payments go live). We'll date material changes here.
