2. Business activity

PSFINTECH's primary business is publishing systematic, rules-based momentum research on listed Indian equities in the form of model portfolios and periodic rebalance calls, available by subscription. We separately intend to sell recorded educational content and, independently, a self-directed algorithmic trading terminal — sold as software, not as investment advice, and not covered by this Research Analyst registration (see §6 below).

5. Use of AI/ML in research

Under Regulation 19(vii) of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, we disclose the extent to which artificial intelligence tools are used in producing our research:

• Our core model portfolios are generated by a fixed, rules-based momentum methodology — not by an AI/ML model.
• Separately, we are developing AI/ML pattern-detection research intended to sit alongside the core methodology. Where this output is published, it will be clearly labelled as AI-assisted at the point it's shown.
• AI/ML output is treated as an input reviewed against our methodology, not published unreviewed or auto-published without oversight.

6. The algo trading terminal is a separate product

Our algorithmic trading terminal is sold as standalone software under a one-time purchase, maintained by our support team/vendors. It is not research, is not covered by our SEBI Research Analyst registration, and its distribution is separately governed by SEBI's algorithmic trading framework where applicable.
